Jim Moldane
Jim has a true passion for working with people, understanding their needs and helping them obtain financing to build their businesses.?? He’s a?successful entrepreneur who understands from firsthand experience the importance, and the difficulty, in obtaining financing for mission critical projects.
Jim is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia, where he obtained his MBA in Finance.? His extensive work experience includes being the CEO of a successful travel company, and being a principal of Key Business Strategies.? Jim has personally helped arrange over $100 million dollars in financing for Colorado businesses.
Jim’s other passion is skiing and the outdoors — he’s actively involved in one of Colorado’s oldest and largest social groups which is dedicated to skiing.?? When he’s not at work you’ll find him off on his next great adventure skiing or hiking in the Colorado mountains.
John E. Bateson
A key member of Dwight Clark Jersey our team, John brings over thirty-five years of banking and financial services experience.??He has served in senior leadership roles at Colorado Capital Bank, American National Bank and Matrix Bank.? John’s comprehensive knowledge of the Colorado Dwight Clark Authentic Jersey financial marketplace, specifically focused on commercial and real estate lending, provides him with the requisite knowledge, experience?and insight to help our clients achieve their financial goals.
A native of Indiana, John earned his Bachelor’s?degree?in Finance from the University of Miami, and later enhanced his education with courses and certification from several banking industry graduate programs.? John is a long time volunteer and has held leadership positions at the local, state and national levels in The Arc, a national organization of and for people with mental retardation and related developmental disabilities.
Shelley Slater
Shelley brings extensive experience in business, business ownership, new business development and marketing. She holds a Masters in Organization Leadership from Regis University and is Dwight Clark Womens Jersey passionate about being the catalyst in helping business owners achieve their business vision.
Patrick O'Connor
My father and mother were both small business entrepreneurs. As I was growing up, I saw them struggle in different seasons of business. Sometimes the local bank is unable, or unwilling, to make the necessary loan in times of need.
